Acceptable Use

Use of the SageNet Services is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including local, state, national, federal and international rules and regulations. SageNet’s policies governing Acceptable Use are: (i) Spacenet Satellite Services™ Fair Access Policy and Acceptable Use; and (ii) Broadband Service Acceptable Use Policy.

The Customer or End-User acknowledges that in certain instances SageNet will engage a third-party provider or multiple providers to facilitate the satellite, wireless, broadband, or other communications connection contemplated for the Customer’s Service. Any applicable third-party policies governing the end-user’s Acceptable Use will apply to use of the Service, and all parties agree to use the Services both subject to and in compliance with the foregoing.

Network Abuse

SageNet defines “Network Abuse” as the sending of unsolicited commercial e-mail, networking intrusions or scanning, or other network-unfriendly activities as described in SageNet’s Policies.

If you wish to report network abuse by SageNet customers, please send an e-mail to abuse@SageNet.com. Please be sure to include as much information as possible about the originating server or IP address of the problem, including other pertinent information.
