Glenn Katz President & Chief Executive Officer

Glenn Katz serves as Chief Executive Officer of Spacenet Inc., one of the world's leading providers of Satellite and Broadband Managed Network Services. Leveraging his 20+ years of industry and leadership experience, he is currently responsible for driving the strategic growth of the company, with a focus on Commercial and Government telecommunication services. Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Katz was Spacenet's President and COO responsible for fostering the company's year over year growth in revenue and managing its strategic business initiatives. An industry veteran, Mr. Katz served as the driving force behind Spacenet's ongoing improvements to its product portfolio and service delivery. Prior to joining Spacenet, Mr. Katz was the Interim CEO and CIO of StarBand Communications Inc., a consumer broadband satellite company. As the Interim CEO he led the merger between StarBand and Spacenet Inc., which concluded in 2006. Prior to joining StarBand, Mr. Katz held several executive roles with Gilat Satellite Networks in both Gilat's headquarters and US subsidiary, and helped launch Gilat Latin America, Inc., serving as Chief Technical Officer and VP of Operations. Before joining Gilat in 1993, Mr. Katz worked with Digital Transmission Systems and Scientific Atlanta, serving as a design and development engineer in both companies. Mr. Katz holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ari Krashin Chief Financial Officer

Ari Krashin serves as Chief Financial Officer for both Gilat and Spacenet. Previously, Mr. Krashin held several positions in Gilat including Chief Financial Officer of the equipment business unit (Gilat Network Systems - GNS) and prior to that as Gilat's Director of Finance. Before joining Gilat, he served as a CPA for Kesselman and Kesselman, PriceWaterhouseCooper's Israel office. Mr. Krashin is a CPA and holds a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management.

Brad Wise Senior Vice President & General Manager

Brad Wise serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Spacenet's Managed Network Services (MNS) division where he leads the division's overall business operations, sales and strategic direction. Mr. Wise brings Spacenet an entrepreneurial style and vision that combines the company's leadership in advanced network technologies with the agility and focus of an intensely customer-centric organization. Previously, Mr. Wise was CEO of CICAT Networks. During his tenure there, Mr. Wise developed the business systems and strategies that advanced CICAT's position as a leading provider of carrier-agnostic network services. Prior to joining CICAT, Mr. Wise spent more than 8 years at UUNET, the world's leading Internet Service Provider, where he held numerous positions to include Vice President, Channel Sales and Development. While at UUNET, Brad's responsibilities included developing and implementing new revenue initiatives across multiple channels.

Alan Freece Senior Vice President, Business Development

Alan Freece brings to Spacenet 35 years of experience in the satellite communications industry and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Previous to Spacenet, Mr. Freece held several positions with Gilat Satellite Networks, GE Capital Spacenet, Inc., Scientific Atlanta and Harris Corporation. Over the years he served as CEO of Gilat Latin America, Vice President of Business Development at GE Capital Spacenet, CEO and President of Scientific Atlanta Data Networks Division, Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Scientific Atlanta's Satellite Communications Division, Director of Digital Products Engineering at Harris Satellite Communications Division and as Digital Products Design Engineer of Harris' Satellite Communications Division. Mr. Freece earned a BSEE from the University of Illinois and MBA from the University of Florida. He is also a Vietnam Era veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Aditya Chatterjee Chief Technology Officer

Aditya Chatterjee joined Spacenet in 1988 and has been a technology pioneer in the satellite communications industry. Mr. Chatterjee has managed engineering and product development initiatives for Spacenet from both an R&D and custom solutions perspective. With a technical expertise that ranges from satellite radio frequency management to protocol conversion to IP-based application performance enhancement, Mr. Chatterjee has been responsible for many "firsts" in deployment over VSAT technology. Mr. Chatterjee has authored a number of patents related to legacy protocol spoofing, TCP acceleration, and Internet Page Acceleration. Prior to joining Spacenet, Mr. Chatterjee held engineering positions with Comsat Labs. He also holds an M.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, as well as a BTECH in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Adrienne Loftin Vice President of Human Resources

Adrienne Loftin brings to Spacenet over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Previous to Spacenet, she held several Human Resources management positions, most recently as Senior Strategic Partner & Director of Human Resources for Zygolynx, LLC. Prior to Zygolynx, she served as Senior Manager of Employment and Employee Relations with The CNA Corporation where she was instrumental in managing the full spectrum of employee programs. Prior to CNA, she served as Director of Employment and Employee Relations with AARP. Additionally, Ms. Loftin served as Director of Employment and Employee Relations for Vertis Inc., and Director of Human Resources for Applebee's Restaurant Group. Ms. Loftin holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Howard University and has held several certifications in the field of Human Resources.
