Information Needed to Place An Order
To ensure that your Spacenet service order is completed efficiently, Spacenet customers should ensure that they have all required information before beginning the phone or online ordering process. This information includes:
- Some office devices require a specific networking IT setup. If your devices do not require a specific IT setup, then Spacenet can choose the options for you.
- Street address (PO boxes are not accepted) and phone number for the location(s) where you will be ordering service
- Credit card for payment or business EIN/information required for a credit check if invoice billing is being used
