Atlanta, GA and McLean, VA, May 8, 2001 - XcelleNet, Inc. and Spacenet Inc. have agreed to co-market remote systems management tools optimized for satellite-powered wide area networks. By entering into this non-exclusive agreement, the two companies work together to spread the penetration of Spacenet's satellite-based enterprise networking platform as well as XcelleNet's solutions for remotely managing point-of-sale and other retail technology.
