McLean, VA, February 20, 2008 - Spacenet Inc.,

announced today that it has signed a teaming agreement with Arrowhead
Global Solutions, a subsidiary of CapRock Communications and a
premier provider of integrated global communications solutions
for government organizations. Spacenet has been expanding its
presence in the government market with the launch of new targeted
product offerings, the award of a GSA schedule 70 contract, and
a number of new large scale government customers at federal, state,
and local levels. The new agreement will enable Arrowhead to offer
Spacenet’s Cisco integrated Connexstar satellite services,
including carrier-class voice, secure data transmission, and two-way
video communications – all in a pre-packaged off-the-shelf
solution. Spacenet in turn will serve as a sub-contractor on various
Arrowhead government contract vehicles.
Arrowhead has a strong track record of success in serving the
government and military sector and provides network design, procurement,
installation and management services. Spacenet’s solutions
meet the varying operational requirements of government agencies
and support truly converged communications of voice, video and
data through its pre-packaged Connexstar services. Spacenet also

satellite networking solution (the Cisco VSAT Network Module)
which makes the interconnection of common carrier lines and satellite
communications easier than before by seamlessly integrating into
select models of Cisco’s ISR and Access routers. Together

range of mission critical communication services including fixed
and transportable solutions for rapid deployment and disaster
recovery; and continuity of operations planning (COOP) connectivity.
