All Connexstar services include:

Strong Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that guarantee uptime and Mean Time To Restore (MTTR) service for critical applications.
Automatic firewall protection, bringing all data through our master hub facility firewalls before sending it through to the corporate remote sites or the public Internet.
Spacenet's expert second-level and third-level helpdesk support is capable of identifying and resolving problems from the router or last mile to corporate backhauls.
Spacenet's Premier Installation Service is the industry's highest-grade installation, performed by company-managed, enterprise-grade installation crews. A Premier Installation includes more than 20 safety and reliability enhancements not found in competitors' "professional" installations. Spacenet's Premier install also covers a wider list of setups in its standard Bill of Materials, so there are fewer costly custom "out of scope" VSAT installations.
Spacenet's included VSAT equipment warranty covers overnight replacement of satellite router; on-site maintenance/repair services are available for a low monthly fee
All required remote site equipment is included: two-way satellite dish, satellite router and required infrafacility link cabling. Our customers don't need to buy anything extra.
